We partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify, attract, and hire top talent across all concepts. Operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, our team is responsible for driving hiring strategy, maintaining strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience from first touch through onboarding.

We are seeking a Recruiter who will take a hands-on role in managing the full-cycle hiring process across a variety of positions. This role is responsible for everything from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, managing pipelines, and driving offers to acceptance. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You’re someone who can manage multiple priorities at once, bring structure to ambiguity, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to translate hiring needs into actionable plans, ensuring a seamless and effective recruitment process.

This is a full time, salaried position, and candidates must be willing to work 40+ hours, 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. The role is hybrid, working a minimum of 3 days in the office, and 2 days ability to work from home.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating stages (working interviews), skills assessments, and extending offers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and HRIS updates throughout the hiring process, including applicant tracking, stage hours, and employee profiles.
  • Recruit across FOH, BOH/Culinary, and Support roles while ensuring alignment with The Alinea Group standards and values.
  • Source talent through job boards, social media, referrals, industry networks, and other proactive sourcing methods.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current hiring needs and future growth.
  • Partner with culinary schools, universities, and external organizations to support ongoing pipeline development.
  • Represent The Alinea Group at recruiting events and job fairs (minimum of 2 per quarter), with a focus on candidate conversion.
  • Support onboarding coordination, new hire communication, and general HR administrative tasks as needed.
  • Run and distribute weekly recruiting updates and pipeline reports to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring processes including I-9/E-Verify and internal documentation.
  • Maintain and update internal hiring trackers, open roles, and stage checklists.
  • Collaborate closely with HR leadership and hiring managers to align on staffing needs and priorities.
  • Participate in weekly HR/recruiting meetings and ongoing process improvements.
  • Travel as needed for recruiting events.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with extended hours as needed (approx. 50 hours/week).
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, hospitality, customer service, or a related field (internships or campus recruiting experience a plus).
  • Exposure to recruiting processes (sourcing, scheduling, or candidate coordination) preferred
  • Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and hospitality.
  • Ability to learn quickly and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing competing deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Positive, proactive, and “can-do” attitude with a willingness to take on both administrative and people-facing work.
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, take initiative, and work independently with guidance.
  • Interest in sourcing talent and learning how to identify strong cultural and performance fit.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a high-performance environment and is eager to develop professionally.
