POSITION OVERVIEW
The Life Skills Coach position is a key role in which staff train students to live more independently. You will work in a college residential setting after classes and on weekends to teach real-life skills and promote a fun college experience for the students.
Options for full-time hours, part-time hours, weekend-only, or coverage-only. There is plenty of flexibility to find a schedule that works with your other life commitments. Work 1-5 shifts per week or just cover open shifts, as needed.
This is a 2nd-shift and weekends position. A full-time schedule includes four 6-hour weekdays shifts and one 14-hour weekend shift (with 1-hour paid break).
