This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and successful vehicle buying center with a professional and established team. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming leads and schedule appointments for vehicle acquisitions.
• Coordinate, organize, and distribute vehicles across multiple dealership locations.
• Travel to offsite locations within the Pittsburgh metro market to conduct vehicle appraisals.
• Utilize basic software tools proficiently for tracking and communication.
• Follow defined processes and adapt to new systems efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with basic software tools (CRM, spreadsheets, email, etc.).
• A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• No car business experience necessary-we will train you.
