Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about travel to join our growing team as Travel Experience Specialists in a remote work environment.

In this role, you will help travelers plan unforgettable experiences by providing destination guidance, organizing travel details, and supporting clients throughout their entire planning process.

As a Travel Experience Specialist, you will work remotely while helping clients transform their travel ideas into well-organized itineraries and memorable experiences. This is an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the travel industry, collaborate with international travel suppliers, and build a flexible career while supporting travelers at every stage of their journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via email, messaging platforms, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist travelers in planning their vacations, including destinations, resorts, cruises, and travel experiences.
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding travel requirements, documentation, and destination details.
  • Organize itineraries and coordinate different travel elements with tourism suppliers.
  • Support travelers with updates, recommendations, and pre-travel preparation.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage future travel experiences.
