About the Role

An established Indianapolis chiropractic practice is seeking an experienced Doctor of Chiropractic for a temp-to-permanent associate position. This role is a critical interim position supporting continuous patient care during a planned practice sale. Full clinical and administrative support is in place — you focus entirely on patient care.

About the Practice

Operating since the mid-1990s and at its current accessible Northside location since 2015, this practice has built a strong reputation for specialized, patient-focused care. The clinic features one large exam room, three treatment rooms, and a dedicated massage therapy suite, with ample parking and ADA-compliant access.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive chiropractic care to an established patient base of 20–25 patients per day
• Apply advanced therapeutic techniques including manual manipulation, Graston Technique, fire cupping, dry needling, and/or acupuncture
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records using the existing practice management system
• Collaborate with an experienced administrative and clinical support team

Patient Population & Payers

• Patients range from ages 10–85
• Accepted payers: major commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, VA referrals *
• Active personal injury and workers’ compensation cases

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree
• Active, unrestricted Indiana chiropractic license
• Clinical experience in a high-volume practice environment
• Malpractice insurance

Preferred Qualifications

• Credentialed with Medicare, Medicaid, and/or the VA *
• Proficiency in Graston Technique, dry needling, or acupuncture
• Experience with personal injury or workers’ compensation documentation

Compensation

Competitive compensation structure, negotiable based on experience. This is an independent contractor (1099) engagement.
