Senior Staff Tax Accountant

We're seeking a talented Senior Staff Tax Accounting Associate who is passionate about advising entrepreneurs and business owners. Here, you won't just crunch numbers; you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial futures of private businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders, owners, and executives to advise these organizations through tax compliance, tax accounting, and business transactions
• Perform tax and accounting responsibilities to set the organization up for success
• Research and address complicated tax and accounting issues
• Advise ownership on tax issues, bank loans, business transactions, etc. 
• Advise ownership on impact of decision on overall wealth as well as family succession planning
• Implement tax strategies

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 3+ years of prior public accounting experience
• Ability to interact with all levels of professionals both internally and externally
• CPA is highly preferred but not required

Working Situation: 

This is an in person on site 5 days a week position with some flexibility.
