Breakthrough is seeking a hands-on Senior Director of Human Resources to join our dynamic and innovative team. This individual will develop and execute a comprehensive human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of a fast-paced growing real estate company with oversight responsibility ranging from Talent Acquisition, Employee Retention, Employee Relations, Training and Development, HRIS, Payroll, and Benefits and related HR Compliance topics. This is both a strategic and tactical role: while leading the HR function at a high level, the Senior Director will also be expected to roll up their sleeves and manage day-to-day responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate will serve as a cultural steward and role model, consistently embodying Breakthrough’s core values .This role will be based in Los Angeles, CA, and reports to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and/or Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Compensation for this role starts at $175,000. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus and our comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan (with matching contributions), wellness benefits and all other benefits afforded to full-time Breakthrough employees.
