COMPENSATION: $82,497.00 to $178,402.00 base salary plus potential for variable compensation. Base pay is determined by your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Farm Credit Mid-America/Rural 1st may compensate outside of the salary range for bona fide reasons not related to membership in a protected class.
This position will be an enterprise software systems technical expert that works collaboratively with various team members in the administration, installation, configuration, customization and integration of association enterprise business applications (e.g. enterprise content management (ECM) systems, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, Intranet systems, Software deployment, Service delivery systems). Will serve as the escalation point of contact for enterprise software systems to aid in troubleshooting and problem resolution. This position will have the ability to create workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and the knowledge to seek out appropriate internal and external resources when urgent problems arise to resolve issues in a timely fashion.
The primary function of this position will be to provide experience in Salesforce administration within a financial organization.
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, business or related field and two years experience supporting enterprise software applications OR a High School Diploma/GED with minimum of four years of direct experience in a software administration/software implementation role.
Candidate should have good project management skills, oral and written communication skills, analytical skills and strong knowledge of financial business environments with a proven ability to work well with business team member.
2+ years' experience working with the Salesforce platform and ecosystem preferred.
Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred.

Standing or walking is frequently required, while occasional demands include reaching with hands and arms, and lifting or moving up to ten pounds. Vision requirements encompass close and distance vision. The work environment typically has a moderate noise level. This role may entail a blend of mental and physical capabilities, requiring strong mental acuity, problem-solving skills, and occasional physical tasks such as standing, lifting, or extended computer usage. Some roles may require physical or mental requirements related to driving, such as a valid driver's license, and the ability to drive a long-distance.
