Job Description

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. English proficiency to work fluently in an English-speaking environment is required.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high sensitivity to business issues, and excellent stress tolerance.
4. In solar photovoltaic relative industry, Strong customer service orientation, with proven communication, coordination and execution capabilities.
5. Priority will be given to those applicants with sales experience and skills in Key clients maintenance, new customer development and agent management in relative industry.
6. Priority consideration for native Indian candidates.
7. Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the India without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
8. Language: English & Hindi 1. Collect and analyze customer requirements, develop and present tailored solutions to support sales teams in securing customer orders.

1. Conduct product and technical training for customers to help them quickly understand and adopt product solutions.
2. Resolve daily customer technical issues related to products to maintain high customer satisfaction with service quality.
3. Maintain long-term positive customer relationships and provide support for further sales business expansion.
