WWAARC has multiple Residential Manager positions available throughoutWARREN & WASHINGTON COUNTIES. The Residential Manager will manage one or two residential groups home located in either Warren or Washington Counties. If a Residential Manager is responsible for two homes their base rate will increase. The Residential Manager position is a Full Time 40-hour Monday-Friday position. This is an hourly non-exempt position. The rate of pay is $24.00 per hour.The Residential Manager will ensure the residential group home operates efficiently and effectively while maintaining regulatory compliance. The Residential Manager is responsible for the overall well-being of the adults with developmental disabilities whose home they are managing. This oversight will include all physical aspects of the home, maintaining a welcoming home environment where people's everyday needs are met including medical, recreation, and socialization.

As a Residential Manager you must secure and maintain all required certifications and trainings. You must have a driver's licensethat meets WWAARC insurability standards. Residential Managers must maintain strict confidentiality regarding the people we support and agency information.
