Job Description

**Job Summary:**
Humano, a third-party warehouse provider, is seeking Warehouse Order Selectors / Pickers to join their team. The selected candidates will be responsible for accurately and safely hand selecting orders using electric pallet jacks within various warehouse environments. This position offers a pay range of $17.00 - $22.00 per hour based on daily productivity metrics and provides benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

**Shift Information:**
Sunday 2:00pm until work is completed, Monday-Thursday 4:00pm until work is completed

**Responsibilities:**
- Operate electric pallet jacks to hand select orders
- Stack products on pallets following operating procedures
- Stage pallets for loading at assigned dock locations
- Maintain selection rates per temperature zones
- Shrink-wrap products to secure loads for transit, manually or using shrink-wrap machines
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a warehouse order selector or picker preferred
- Familiarity with operating electric pallet jacks
- Ability to work in various warehouse temperature environments
- Physical strength and stamina to lift up to 55 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order selection
