Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Office Manager to become the heartbeat of our practice. In this role, you aren't just managing a desk; you are the architect of the patient experience. You will bridge the gap between clinical excellence and seamless business operations, ensuring that every patient who walks through our doors feels supported on their journey to health.

salary: $22 - $25 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Schedule Management: Overseeing the clinic calendar to maximize patient flow while ensuring the chiropractors aren't double-booked or burnt out.

  • Process Improvement: Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for front-desk check-ins, new patient onboarding, and discharge.

  • Inventory Control: Tracking and ordering clinical supplies (table paper, biofreeze, supplements) and office essentials.

  • Facility Maintenance: Ensuring the clinic remains clean, professional, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

  • Billing & Coding: Managing insurance claims, verifying coverage, and ensuring proper ICD-10 and CPT coding for chiropractic adjustments and therapies.

  • Accounts Receivable: Handling patient collections, managing payment plans, and following up on unpaid insurance claims.

  • Financial Reporting: Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like patient arrival rates, daily collections, and new patient acquisitions.

  • Payroll: Processing staff hours and managing the office budget.

    Staff Supervision: Hiring, training, and conducting performance reviews for front-desk receptionists and chiropractic assistants.
