Medical Office Manager Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $21.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Provide Strong leadership to admin and support staff, fostering a positive, accountable, and collaborative work environment.
• Oversee daily office operations and ensure workflows run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with clinic goals.
• Manage patient scheduling, medical records processes, and front-office operations while ensuring exceptional patient service.
• Coordinate medical billing, insurance processing, and office budgeting.
• Follow established protocols, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies with precision, demonstrating the ability to follow directions and enforce compliance across the team. 

Medical Office Manager Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in a Medical office or Clinic
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions, policies, and instructions from providers and executives. 
• Excellent understanding of Medical Office operations including scheduling, patient flow and front desk procedures. 
• Working knowledge of medical billing, insurance processes, and basic financial tasks. (Prior Knowledge with medical office software preferred.)
• High level of professionalism and reliability.
