The responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include, but are not limited to: 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide maintenance services across multiple campuses.
  • Available 24/7 for emergency response.

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance.
  • Strong customer service skills with a compassionate approach towards elderly residents.
  • Experience in senior living or assisted living environments is a plus.
  • Proficient in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with NFPA, OSHA codes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical sheets/manuals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to speak and write in English.
  • Flexible and adaptable work schedule.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and proactive.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
