Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the team, encouraging and assisting others.
• Represent the company professionally in both appearance and behavior.
• Provide high-quality exterior maintenance services including mowing, trimming, edging, digging, raking, blowing, operating leaf vacuum, debris removal, and mulching.
• Use company property, including tools, equipment, and vehicles, responsibly.
• Promote a respectful work environment for coworkers and customers.
• Transport crewmates from shop to the jobsite, if designated as a Nature’s Way driver.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Complete and submit all required paperwork, including incident reports and timesheets.

Qualifications

• Reliable, responsible, punctual, and dependable.
• Polite and courteous to clients and co-workers.
• Highly motivated, eager to learn, self-driven, and attentive to details.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background.
• Good time-management skills and availability for long seasonal hours and weekend work.
• Ability to lift ≥ 50lb.
• Valid Driver’s License, preferred.
• Previous experience and knowledge of lawn care maintenance, preferred.
• Experience using a variety of lawn care equipment, including ZTR mower, trimmers, blowers, and other hand or power tools, preferred.
• Ability to perform physical installation and maintenance work consistently in various weather conditions.

Compensation

Starting wage for this full-time position is $16.25 per hour , with opportunities for significant improvement through effort and success.
