Kindergarten Teacher – Xicheng District, Beijing
School Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Kindergarten Teacher to join our international kindergarten located in the heart of Xicheng District, Beijing. Our school provides a nurturing, English-immersion environment for young learners aged 3–6, fostering creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning from the very beginning.

Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate English-medium instruction to children aged 3–6 years old
• Plan and implement creative daily activities aligned with early childhood development goals
• Maintain a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
• Collaborate with Chinese teaching assistants and participate in school events
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
Requirements
• Native English speaker
• Bachelor’s degree or above (Early Childhood Education preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of kindergarten teaching experience; fresh graduates with relevant qualifications will be considered
• Enthusiastic, patient, and genuinely passionate about working with young children
• Clean criminal background check and valid health certificate
Compensation & Benefits
• Basic Salary: RMB 24,000 – 32,000 per month (before tax, inclusive of housing allowance)
• Housing: Housing allowance included in salary; school does not provide apartment
• Meal Allowance: Provided
• Medical Insurance: Comprehensive medical coverage
• Airfare Allowance: Annual round-trip airfare provided
• Paid Leave:
• Summer holiday: 2 weeks (paid at 50%)
• Winter holiday: 2 weeks (paid at 50%)
• Christmas holiday: 1 day
• All Chinese public holidays fully paid
• Probation Period: 1 month
• Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Class Size: Maximum 25 students
