We are seeking a motivated Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced startup team. This role supports the marketing department in executing on-site marketing campaigns, brand promotions, and direct consumer engagement . The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, professional, and team-oriented, with a passion for marketing, advertising, and brand strategy .

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site customer support for marketing campaigns, particularly in new markets where client services are being introduced
• Conduct consumer presentations to showcase client services and demonstrate value, with the goal of increasing market share
• Enhance brand awareness and marketing strategy through direct consumer engagement
• Track, report, and analyze daily and weekly marketing and sales statistics ; consult with the Marketing Director to optimize campaigns
• Demonstrate a tenacious drive for results and accountability in achieving marketing objectives
• Implement tactical marketing initiatives as directed by the Marketing Specialist
• Build and maintain strong partner and client relationships
