An established, growing mid-sized immigration law firm in Denver, Colorado, is seeking Immigration Attorney with ideally 3 years of immigration experience to join its team. This role features a primarily remote work schedule, but candidates must live in the Denver area to attend weekly hearings and other responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Client Representation: Represent clients in a variety of immigration matters, including navigating complex cases and regular appearances at in-person hearings and interviews weekly within the Denver area.
• Case Management: Manage an active caseload, ensuring all filings, briefs, and applications are prepared with high accuracy and submitted within strict legal deadlines.
• Client Communication: Conduct consultations and maintain regular communication with clients, providing empathetic, culturally competent, and clear legal guidance throughout their legal processes.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing immigration law.
• Language Skills: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required to effectively serve the firm's diverse clientele.
• Licensure: Active Colorado bar license in good standing
• Location & Mobility: Must reside in or be willing to commute within the Denver metro area to attend frequent weekly in-person interviews and hearings.
