Manager of Human Resource Services
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related;
3 years minimum HR Administration/Management Experience Required.
PHR/SPHR or CP/SCP certification preferred.
$1,000 Sign On Bonus for New Hires!
Starting Wage: $50,000 Annually, increases based on experience and certifications.
Full-time onsite position at the Hays, KS Administration Office, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource administration and training in accordance with legal, licensing and generally accepted professional practices.

Job Specifications
Education - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Communications or related field preferred.
Experience - Three to five years experience in human resource administration/management required. Supervisory experience strongly preferred. PHR/SPHR or CP/SCP certification helpful.
Extent of physical effort required - Routine job requirements. Little if any behavior or other physical intervention.
