You set the tone, build the team, and bring the Pupatella experience to life. What You’ll Do:
Lead People (your #1 priority)

  • Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of Managers and Associates

  • Train and mentor new Managers, guiding them through their first year with consistent, thoughtful feedback

  • Create a culture where people feel supported, challenged, and excited to come to work

  • Hire great humans who align with our values and bring positive energy to the team

  • Develop your team for what’s next—because growth matters here

  • Lead team meetings, set clear expectations, and keep communication strong and transparent

Own the Guest Experience

  • Deliver a standout Pupatella experience—every guest, every time

  • Hold the line on quality: food, service, speed, and cleanliness

  • Handle guest feedback with care and urgency (and turn problems into loyalty)

  • Create a restaurant that feels welcoming, clean, and full of life

Drive the Business

  • Build smart schedules that support both your team and the business

  • Lead local marketing efforts—get involved in your community, create buzz, and drive traffic

  • Increase sales through strong execution, energy, and consistency

  • Set goals, track progress, and celebrate wins with your team

Run a Tight Operation

  • Own your numbers: labor, cost of goods, inventory, and sales performance

  • Ensure systems are in place for inventory, ordering, and cash handling

  • Execute training programs and keep materials fresh and relevant

  • Uphold all policies, safety standards, and best practices

  • Lead the rollout of new products and processes with confidence
