About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to management, helping ensure schedules, communications, and tasks run efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules for management
* Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries
* Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of executives
* Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations
* Run occasional errands and support personal tasks as needed
* Maintain organized records, files, and important documents
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* High level of discretion and professionalism
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
