• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our growing team in Naples, FL. This role is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control systems, panels, and components in a production/manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates have hands-on electrical experience and pride themselves on quality workmanship and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components, control panels, and subassemblies according to schematics, blueprints, and work instructions
• Perform wiring, routing, and terminating of electrical connections
• Install components such as relays, switches, sensors, and circuit breakers
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings
• Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively
• Conduct quality checks and basic troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and timelines

Qualifications

• Prior experience in electrical assembly, panel building, or a related field preferred
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working with tools and in a manufacturing/production setting
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Dependable with strong work ethic

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Naples, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
