This field-based role reports to the PepsiCo Foods US (PFUS) Supply Chain EHS Sr. Director and plays a key leadership role in advancing PepsiCo Foods North America’s (PFNA) Beyond Zero safety culture. The Regional Sr. EHS Manager provides strategic guidance, technical expertise, and operational leadership to reduce risk, strengthen EHS capability, and ensure regulatory and corporate compliance across manufacturing and warehouse locations.
This leader drives the execution of the PFNA Supply Chain EHS Annual Operating Plan (AOP) within assigned regions, translating risk assessments and performance insights into targeted improvement strategies. The role partners closely with regional and site leadership to implement prevention-focused programs, build EHS competencies, and embed safety and environmental stewardship into daily operations and decision-making.
ResponsibilitiesFor a candidate to be successful in this role they will influence and align stakeholders at all levels, serve as a trusted advisor on EHS matters, and help shape the continued evolution of PFNA’s EHS strategy, culture, and performance.
