In this role, you will be the guardian of our provider standards, ensuring that every clinician is fully vetted, compliant, and ready to provide care. This is a perfect opportunity for a professional who thrives on organization and wants a consistent, 20-hour-per-week schedule in a focused office environment. Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare credentialing or medical staff services is preferred.
- Familiarity with credentialing software and a solid understanding of healthcare accreditation standards
- The ability to follow up effectively with providers and agencies to keep applications moving forward

Responsibilities
- Authenticate professional licenses, academic degrees, specialized training, and career history
- Seamlessly execute the intake and processing of both initial applications and periodic re-credentialing cycles
- Ensure strict adherence to evolving federal, state, and local healthcare mandates
- Utilize automated tracking systems to eliminate lapses by managing expiration dates and renewal deadlines
- Maintain continuous "audit-ready" status

- Credentialing Operations (3 years of experience is required)
- HIPAA
