Job Overview:
We are actively looking to hire a motivated amp; experienced Commercial Plumber. This position is for a Commercial Plumber with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in “ground-up” commercial construction; this is NOT an entry-level position. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste disposal in commercial buildings throughout Broward County.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Installation: Install commercial-grade plumbing systems, including PVC, CPVC, copper, and cast-iron piping.
· MUST be able to read amp; interpret commercial building plans and specifications to determine layout and installation sequences.
· Fixture Fitting: Install and connect commercial water heaters, backflow preventers, floor drains, and industrial restroom fixtures.
· Work alongside senior Journeymen and other trades (HVAC, Electrical) to ensure project timelines are met.
· Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for leaks or blockages in large-scale commercial facilities.
