Civil Engineer Intern (EI) – 2–4 Years Experience

If you're a Florida-certified EI with 2–4 years of site civil experience and you're tired of being siloed, underutilized, or stuck doing redlines — this is your opportunity to step into real design responsibility and accelerate your path to becoming a PE.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Owning portions of grading, drainage, and utility design (not just markups)

• Supporting permitting strategy and submittals across multiple jurisdictions

• Performing earthwork analysis, quantity takeoffs, and design calculations

• Getting involved in construction administration and real-world problem solving

• Working directly with experienced engineers who will mentor and push your growth

What We're Looking For

• Florida EI certification (required)

• 2–4 years of site civil / land development experience

• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Solid understanding of grading, drainage, and utility systems
