What You'll Do
  • Make outbound sales calls and generate leads.
  • Create proposals and schedule customer appointments.
  • Maintain multiple sales calendars.
  • Provide world-class customer service on inbound calls.
  • Build positive rapport with customers and process payments.
  • Administer the customer database and maintain accurate records.
  • Complete paperwork efficiently and support Sales Arborists.
  • Participate in call monitoring and coaching sessions for training and quality support.
What We're Looking For
  • Associate's degree or higher (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner.
  • Previous success with outbound calling and sales/marketing (2+ years a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and database systems.
  • Experience with AR, AP, Payroll, HR, Benefits, and multiline phone systems.
  • Strong eye for accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.
