As an Administrative Operations Coordinator at Extract Wellness you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations within the company. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in supporting overall wellness through hemp-based CBD products.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee administrative procedures and processes
  • Manage schedules and deadlines for the team
  • Assist in the preparation of reports presentations and correspondence
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Maintain organized filing systems and databases
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
